How are you doing on this holiday weekend?

Overall, mine hasn't been too bad.  Yesterday I had 2 cookies, stir-fry chicken and veggies, chicken and red beans and rice for lunch + 1/2 biscuit, a handful of trail mix, and 2 protein drinks

Today's plan: lots of liquids, at least 2 protein drinks, SB decaf skinny cinnamon dolce latte, unsure for lunch because I'll be gone and tacos and cheese dip + guacamole for dinner

What's your plan?

Amazingly, I was down still 5 lbs. today.

Not good, could of been worse I guess.  I'm seeing a pattern of less than good choices when I am not home.  We had lunch at MIL and dinner at my sister's house.  I cannot control what they prepare but need to make myself eat more of the protein and less of the carbs.

It wasn't an aweful day, I'm sure I could of done way worse......but after 5 days of decarbing myself yesterday might have started a bad cycle again. 

We are home today, I'm cooking so it'll be better.  I'm going to grill hamburgers, make baked beans and grill squash and zuchani.  Have tomatoes, lettuce and cheese to make myself a bunless burger so I'm planning for a good day. 

About go grab a protein shake and my vits.....need to get moving and off OH this morning.

yesterday was not bad foodwise - made good choices - felt resonably in control
and did work out a bit

today - shake and vits in hand
bis and eggs for breakfast
bar at movies and water
salad
all kinds of yummy things at debbi's
shake before bed

doesn't look to bad LOL
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

man, yesterday I felt like the last of the red hot snackers.  But planned and prepared for the week.

My focus is going to be fruits and veggies, kind of a cleansing thing and kind of a - I am so tired of what i'm eating.  We will see how long this lasts.  Have a pot of 'reducing soup' cooked and strawberries and pineapple and tons of other fruit  and will throw together a fruit salad.

So my plan is to drop those 4 1/2 pounds that squirreled their way back up. Then get motivated for exercise! (did I say that? lol)

Good morning... Well it's day 3 of my plan and I'm down 2lbs!!  I love seeing new numbers on the scale that I haven't seen in 20years!

I know I won't make my 100lbs in 1 year but I will get damn close!!!  I've got 6lbs to go by Saturday... and I will be happy with whatever my 1year surgiversary numbers are!  My cup is half full not half empty!!!  I can't believe it's been almost a year!!!

Today is a quiet day around here.   I didn't make plans for today because I didn't want to be tempted to eat badly ...  I'm focused to get this scale moving!!!!  I've been transitioning to liquids the past 2 days and will now be doing liquids for the next 3 days then will add soft proteins in for 2 days and then solid protein.  Not going to do my 14 day plan... just an abbreviated version.

My day yesterday was a tad bit better but not much better~I know I am stress eating right now, things at work have been crazy and this weekend was my let down.....well I have let myself down..LOL  I was real proud and brought nothing home from our party last night~The strawberries were the hit of the party, next to the shrimp boil..LOL 
Today I'm feeling a bit under the weather; not sure why, running low grade temp and feeling like CRAP!!  It is a warm one already here in Terrell, sometime today I would like to go to the pool and hang out, just need to wait and see.
My plan for today is
coffee, splenda and creamer
B~Toast with peanut butter, 1/2 banana
L~protein shake
D~Grilled Burgers, mine with no buns, baked beans, and toss green salad
S~Fruit or veggies or protein drink

Today I am being good so far.  DH and I went to Houston Premier outlets.  He found a few bargains.  I was just along for the ride.Don't like to shop, didn't need anything. 

Breakfast:  1 hard boiled egg
                    2 pieces of glycemic health toast
                   1/2 tomato
Lunch          1/2 tomato
                     1/2 bell pepper
                      buffalo spiced sliced chicken breast.;
                      I put the turkey in the bell pepper..kinda like a bowl and ate it.  Kept my hands        
                      clean

snack:            carrot chips

I have had 64 oz of water w/crystal lite already today and am on track with my vitamins.

I intend to have 2 or 3 scallops for dinner if I can figure out how to cook them.
