Hi everybody!! I thought I would jump in and say hi---those of you that have been around a long time will remember me. I've found some of you on Facebook.

Have not been able to make the DFW dinners lately, I have to go to visit my parents fairly often in San Antonio. Hopefully I'll be able to catch one soon!

I'll be six years out from surgery in September. Still happy about my results. The tool still works when I work with it, not against it! I do five spinning (indoor cycling in a group) classes a week, plus working with a personal trainer twice a week. The hospital I worked with closed, so I was out of work for a few weeks, and gained a few pounds from boredom, so I'm working on getting them back off.

Anyway, howdy, TMB!!!

I'm now working with PSY-MED four days a week. Two of the locations are really close to me geographically. So now I'm back into a regular routine, which helps!

I'm fairly new here myself, but I'm a fellow 'Barzunie'. Nice to meet you! It appears that we also have in common parents in SA. My Mom lives there.

Great work on the spinning & trainer! Those few extra pounds will be gone quickly!

Connie it's good to see you here. I'm always super excited when I see my friends from back when, you know those that were here to HELP me when I needed it. Glad you are around, hope you can visit with us occassionally.

I'm asking for the OH convention in Dallas to be my birthday present, alone to hang with my peeps. Hope you can make it, I'd love to visit with you again.....it's been what? Almost 4 years, November 2005 Houston OH convention.
