May Motivation Sunday
I was out all day today so I did not do so well. My meals were ok. oatmeal for breakfast, grilled chicken for lunch and kids hamburger and apple slices for dinner. There was also the two biscotti and cheese and baked pita chips. On the positive side I got all my water in and of course my vitamins.
Tomorrw will a struggle as well. My DH wants to go to the outlet mall and costco. So on the road again. I will be bringing protein bars with me. Intended to do so today. Thought DH had put them in the car and he thought I did. If I can control the snacks I do okay. I can usually find meals anywhere that fit my plan but snacks are hard if I forget to bring my own. Tomorrow is another day and I will overcome.
