lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
haven't thought out the rest...not a good choice!

and dinner will be something with lots of veggies, grilled meat and fruit salad
shake for bedtime snack
so far so good - gotta do something bounced above my acepted high this morning - grrrrr so lots of protien and water for me today and I already worked out
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
Today:
B: Banana
L: Chicken Fajitas with lot's of veggies - homemade
S: Bell Peppers
D: Tilapia with veggies
That's the overall plan, but we have family coming over and we're cooking for everyone, so we'll see how it goes.
Good news is - lost another lb for the month, yea!!!

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
I didn't stick to my plan but I still made good choices. I had my usual protein drink for breakfast, lunch was 4 oz of chicken parmesan and 1/2 cup spaghetti, dinner was 3 slices of brisket and some crackers. Snacks were fresh strawberries with a banana and later some watermelon. Scale dropped down 1/2 lb.
Todays plan is breakfast: protein drink (done). Lunch: ham/cheese/salami on mini crousaint with pretzel crisps. Dinner: grilled pork chops and roasted new potatoes (since I didn't have it last night). Brought fresh strawberries and a banana with me for snack.

today we have a Shrimp boil to go to so I really would like to enjoy it, starts at 4:00, so I am planning my day like this
coffee, splenda and creamer

D~Shrimp boil stuff.....I figure there will be lots of yummy food, and I plan on tasting just a little bite of everything...LOL

I have that problem with too much splenda! Especially sf candy and goodies!! Ken says he can't believe something so big and ugly can come out of lil ol me!! LOL He really is kind to deal with it!!

Going to focus starting tomorrow on fruits and veggie soup, leaving the dairy and fat and useless carbs behind to see how my body responds. I still have not conquered the ability to have potatoes in the house and not eat them till they are gone. I need potato therapy!
I am positive about these changes and i do hope to stick with it. No promises but I am going to do my best!
