I'm coming in to visit family and want to take my niece toobin' on the Guadulape... can anyone recommend an outfitter? And has anyone done the 6 hour toob? Is it too much or is the 4 hour toob a better idea?

hope u enjoy your trip to central texas. i haven't been down the quadalupe for 25 yrs so i'm not much help.  the only thing i can say is to keep the heat in mind and maybe the shorter one would be the best one.  welcome. vick

The Guadalupe is low right now. I'm not sure if it's toob-able or not. Maybe someone in NB will pipe in with a status.

We're tubing the Comal on Sunday and always use Corner Tubes.

My daughter just went down it a couple of weeks ago.  She said it was pretty low and they ended up walking way too much.  I would for sure choose the short ride unless we get some big rains.  lulu
