What is one personality trait that really irritates you in others? Whinyness but then again have 15 years in tech support so all I hear all day is whiny users
Where would you like to spend your retirement? Well I am hoping to find an ocean for Alissa and I that backs up to a mountain full of snow but guessing it is not going to happen so hoping Alissa has room in that hammock for my future skinny butt!!
What is the last thing you bought for yourself just for fun? Weekly Wed comic book day would have to be just for me. It is the one geek thing Alissa has yet to brake me of.
How many people from the OH site have you met in real life? Thanks to my sweetie have met lots of them and so far no one has run away screeming. Well maybe some of the kids at the pool from galveston but they were in the Divas way.
What is your name and were you named after anyone? Annette, named after the famous mouscateer, Annette Funicello. Middle name is Kay named after our house maid in Japan, Kaykoe.

Do you have any pets? If so, what kind? oh yes, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats living with me. Matt has 1 dog and 1 cat that will be his. My ex kept 4 of our cats but took 2 of them to the SPCA in McKinney, so if anyone is looking for a good cat to adopt, I can recommend a couple.
What is one personality trait that really irritates you in others? People who whine and feel sorry for themselves but won't do anything about it. Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.

When our kids left home, we chose to be "no kids, no pets." However, we now have 3 grand-dogs which we sit for on a regular basis. They are a Jack Russell/Beagle mix, a Rotweiler & a Border Collie. The Rottie and the Collie are on their way to spend the long weekend with us.
What is one personality trait that really irritates you in others?
People whose lives are just a series of disasters get on my last nerve. I know we all go through tough periods, but some people choose to live from disaster to disaster. I consider them "poison people" and try not to spend time with them.
Where would you like to spend your retirement?
Hopefully, in San Antonio or the Texas Hill Country near my kids and grandkids. But since the economy went crazy I may be right here in Corpus Christi.
What is the last thing you bought for yourself just for fun?
New luxurious sheets for my bed. They are made out of the same fabric as Oxford shirts. They feel wonderful.

Habitual tardiness, its a sign of disrespect. I also have a hard time tollerating "stupid"
Where would you like to spend your retirement?
Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. It is quiet, peaceful, lots of activities and best of all economical. Living there I could take more exciting vacations.
What is the last thing you bought for yourself just for fun.
A dry snorkel. It automatically closes when you go under the water. Sometimes I forget and breathe in half of the ocean.
How many people from the OH site have you met in real life?
Quite a few. A couple of years ago Janet hosted The Great Texas Slumber Party Adventure where a gals only group from all over the country (oops, it was international, we had one Canadian) met up in Dallas and spent a weekend getting to know each other. We went to the State Fair, hung out at the hotel and did a little sight seeing. I also met a few at the RYD conference in Galveston. I am looking forward to meeting more as time goes by.
I hate it when people snap at me or try to blame me for their issues.

On our property in Arkansas with my sheep, goats and chickens and hopefully a guard llama. And barn cats. And a bunch of dogs.
