Karen the sleep salve queen!

I've been waiting for you to post-everything okay? I just wanted to say your salve was a hit at the conference and I'm bringing the rest I'd set aside as you requested to Rise and Shine for those who couldn't make the conference. I also wanted to tell you Chris asks for it each night-he loves it. He said tonight "mom, I don't know why it smells spicy but I like it because it works!"

Sleep Salve?  Is this self explainatory?  Has someone found something that might make it possible for me to sleep at night.  If so please share.

well i gotta tell ya, that plus ambien adn a crowne and diet coke did wonders for me :)
lol not that i recommend that combo every night lol,. but it did help sat lol. 

I requested some but didn't get any.  Unfortunately i'll be at work and won't be able to get to the R&S today.

I have some still here for you.
