May Motivation Thursday

Hi

I am new to the TMB.  Have lurked some but rarely posted.  Never posted to this thread.  I also feel I need the accountability. 

Goals for today.

drink a minimum of 64 oz of water, either plain, with crystal lite, or with protein

set my clock so I don't forget my supplements

eat more protein.

Be aware of all I have to be thankful for.
