Just super excited right now about my choices.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I love the name you have picked out for June! I am still on track and trying to remove myself from being a scale addict again. So I have not weighed since Monday and I was down 12. It seems like I may have lost more weight since then. I will weigh again next week.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I've also made another change to my eating plan. Since March I've been going with my surgeon's suggestion that I can eat a high cal menu (2000-2200 cals) and still lose weight based on my BMR. Well, I've neither lost or gained anything significant since that time and I'm tired of that. I'm going to drop my cal range back down to 1800 and see what happens there. I'd like to average out to 1ish lbs a week in weight loss. That would get me to my "goal" in about a year, which is totally reasonable to me. I'll play with that for at least a month and see what happens.
I'm also putting together a cardio/flexibility/strength training routine. Now I just have to put that routine into my schedule! That's the hard part for me.

1. Workout 5x/week unless I start losing too much weight again. Then I'll have to adjust to keep the weight in check.
2. Wednesday, 4/22 I could barely eke out 100 crunches with 40 lbs. on my shoulders. 5/1, I did 220. By the end of the month, I'd like to be at 700. And hopefully, I'll have awesome little contours to show for it.
3. Do something that brings me joy each day.
I'm headed to the gym after my noon appointment. My goal is 600 crunches for today.
Last night, I ended up going out with Lisa late. It was *so* good to see her and catch up a bit. That was a happy little thing to have happen in my life.
253 / 140 (below goal)
