Thursday is Miranda's big day
Tomorrow Miranda will be having the TOGA procedure. It's a blind study so she won't actually know if she really had it but I have confidence that she WILL be one of the actual patients.
She has talked me into following her diet plan with her, so I really will be getting "back to basics." (We'll see how that works LOL)

It was so nice to see you again this weekend and to meet Miranda. You must be a really proud mamma, she rocks! Good luck to her tomorrow and way to go seeing her thru and "going back to the basis" what a support system! :)

Sending up prayers for Miranda, I'll pray she gets the procedure Lynne. As for getting back to basics YOU can DO IT! Get in the right frame of mind and PLAN, PLAN, PLAN.
I'm doing the 5dpt and feeling pretty good right now; boy was I out there before Monday and in denial how much and what I was eating too. YOU CAN DO Lynne, believe in yourself.
