WOO HOO WED WLS EXPRESS
Will be playing catch up at work today. I got behind from being gone Friday and part of yesterday. So I'll get busy today.
Chris is doing some testing at school-he reads on a 9th grade level and the diagnostician said he's extremely bright-which we already knew both by observation and previous tests. He is taking choir the last 9 weeks of school and is really enjoying it! Of course he's ready for school to be out! And his birthday is the last day of school, so he likes that. His party is going to be June 6th. Kids only type party. Maybe at Rise and Shine we can sing HB to him.
Hope everyone has a great day today!
My Woo Hoo is the 5DPT and not cheating myself. Two days down of liquids and I have Steph's chicken salad recipe (with a little tweaking to add spice) and that's my lunch and dinner today. Also making sure I drink 3 shakes per day minimum to bring my protein levels back up into range hopefully.
Ok better scoot off my butt and get ready for work, and an afternoon of ball games. We'll be at the ballpark today from 5:00 til 9:00.
Remember vitamins, water, protein first, get moving, choose your attitude, be acountable to YOURSELF, no matter what.

No other symptoms except my hands are very cold these days-unusually so- but no drop foot or tingling or numbness. Thanks!!
I don't have a woo hoo this wednesday. Other than I woke up on the right side of the grass. Life is still going no where it seems so I'm stuck right where I am. Well, the tomatoes are popping out all over, so we'll have a crop of them soon! Otherwise, not much going on!
Better get into the shower so I can get to work! Have a great day! Love ya!

Good Morning My TMB Family,
Happy WoooHooo Wednesday. I have a couple of WoooHooo's this morning, first it looks like we have sold both our vehicles which means I willl be getting a mini van, maybe this weekend if all goes well, and 2nd I am very happy with my weight, and have no complaints what so every. My son and my grandson will be heading to see my parents in MA today. The twins (MY Marine, and My son in Boston) will be 27 on Saturday. (uggg showing my age) They will both be at my Moms. Wish I could be there but I will be in spirit. Not to much going on today. I woke up thinking well I wont walk today, but I know I need to so I will. Then I have my womans yearly at 1:30. One of my favorite appt's. NOT! THen if all goes well we will be selling the car tonight and going to look at new vehicles. I have a question for you SA people. Have any of you heard of Milford or is it Wilford Hall? It was suggested I might try and get my PC to give me a referral to there. I really dont want to pursue the stomach thing anymore but guess we will see. Ok well Mark is up and asked me to do a couple of things for him so I best get a move on. Prayers this morning for those in need especially Ms. Charlene that she is feeling better today. Have a blessed day. Love you guys. Michelle
It's Wilford Hall. It's the hospital on the Air Force base up there. They have a good bariatric program - for the most part. They have the occassional one that doesn't go well, but every doc has that, ya know? Might be worth a shot to see if they can help you. But, I can tell you from some friend's experiences there, you have to be very direct and insistent with them about your problems. I know a couple that had some major problems, but since it couldn't be found easily, they brushed them off and didn't pursue it.
Of course, if you decide to go there, you could have a totally different experience, depending on the doctor/speciality you get to look at you.
Best of luck whatever you decide to try!!
Ok, I gotta head out - it's shower time at the gym so, if I am there I guess I'll workout too. Everyone that was at RYD needs to go read Dr L's post - I am so grateful and appreciative of the love everyone showed to my island home last weekend!!!!
Here is a song to comemorate the weekend. Anyone besides me old enough to remember when Glen Campbell made this song popular?!?!? Love you all!!
Galveston, oh Galveston, I still hear your sea winds blowin'
I still see her dark eyes glowin'
She was 21 when I left Galveston
Galveston, oh Galveston, I still hear your sea waves crashing
While I watch the cannons flashing
I clean my gun and dream of Galveston
I still see her standing by the water
Standing there lookin' out to sea
And is she waiting there for me?
On the beach where we used to run
Galveston, oh Galveston, I am so afraid of dying
Before I dry the tears she's crying
Before I watch your sea birds flying in the sun
At Galveston, at Galveston
