Monday WLS express
I've been to many conferences for work, including planning a few, and I just have to say RYD folks rock! We learned alot. Thanks guys!
Guess I'd better get moving and wake up some. I really want to go back to sleep!!!!
Hope everyone has a great day today!
I wish I could have gone to Galveston with ya'll but it just wasn't in the budget. It sounds like you had a great time!
Well, I didn't get the job in California. It'd kind of a mixed blessing. On the one hand, I would have LOVED the job, but on the other, Headquarters took away the relocation money and I'd have had to pay for moving myself, and I KNOW I couldn't have afforded that. So.... I'm still here! But I'm going to keep trying for jobs. Who knows...
Not much going on here. Mom's building for her business is progressing. She's getting the electrical all put in now. They've got the quilting ma*****es down there already, soon she'll be able to get stuff moved in and get going for real again. I'm thinking she's looking forward to it. They go on their 50th Anniversary cruise to Alaska in June. It's something they've always wanted to do. Dad even went down and bought clothes! New ones and everything! Wow! I'm beginning to think he's dedicated to this thing after all! LOL!
Well, better go. Shower and work beckon! Have a great day! Love ya!

Looking forward to seeing everyone's pictures the next couple of days.
Today is the day I refocus with the 5DPT, and taking all my vits. I got my labs back and after studying, more research, talking to others it's time for me to confess and make others away. I have been lax on vitamins take some, not all. Here's the verdict: calcium DROPPED, iron DROPPED, protein DROPPED (actually below range, must drink protein shakes), Vitamin D DROPPED, Vitamin A DROPPED. So PEOPLE listen, read and be aware.......VITAMINS are REQUIRED, labs are REQUIRED! And you must track your labs, the comment from your doctor "Your labs are perfect" doesn't work in our world. Drops are NOT good, we have to stop the cycle of deficiency by being aware. And, I wonder why my tired and emotional....there is the answers.
Also know that none of us are the same......some of us will require more vitamins and I'm one of them as you can see. I have a minimual bypass 80 cm, the shortest bypass they do is a 75cm so those of you with 150 cm might be in big trouble if you aren't supplementing or you may be perfect because your body doesn't need what others need.
TAKE THOSE VITAMINS PERIOD, enuff about this. No more excuses. PROTEIN, WATER, VITAMINS AND SOME TYPE OF MOVING (EXERCISE) ARE REQUIRED. My tennis shoes are packed for lunch walking today too, I've gained some weight, 12 lbs from my weight in early March. No more damn excuses, this is real and I'm scared.
I don't want compassion and poor Dana I'm sorry.....I want you all to realize how quickly things can change and we most be proactive. This is a TOOL, not a MAGIC fix.
Time to be accountable......

Wow it is Monday again! The weekends just go by way to
fast. Sounds like the RYD confrence was once again a
huge success. I sure wish I could have been there but
it was just not in the cards for me this time around.
I did have a good weekend though. Date with Mark, and
good movies so I was happy. Did not walk at all so
looking forward to a nice long one this morning. I
still need to go and get blood work done so will do
that today, and of course with the family being home
all weekend the house needs a good cleaning too.
Looking forward to a day to myself today. Please if
you would keep my sister and neice in prayer this week.
They are heading on a 6th grade trip to Quebec for a
week. Not sure how many kids are going I just know my
sister is stressed about it. Of corse my neice has
every allergy known to man, including sevear Peanut.
My sister has packed all her food for a week. What
she goes through. Ok time to get a move on. Coffee
is ready. Prayers for all those in need this morning.
Have a blessed day. Love you guys. Michelle
I have a meeting w/ a parent and 2 teachers at 8:00, then work on folders all day. I plan on coming home and chillin' after work.
Prayers for all who need them.
It looks like from all the pics that the RYD was a great success and lots of fun!

Welcome home, all you RYD folks. We missed you! A beautiful day today. Hope to even get my yard mowed after the girls leave this afternoon. Had a VERY lazy weekend. Didn't do much of anything (though there was plenty to do) but rest. I needed it. Held on to that 2 lb. gain I had last week, so have dedicated myself to getting back on track starting today. Hope everyone has a great day.
Blessings,
Carol

Good Morning OH Family!
Glad that everyone made it home safe and sound and had such a good time. The pictures are beautiful! Went to church yesterday, Summer, Layla Allie and I. Rick had to stay with his dad. They let his dad come home from the hospital late Saturday.(after he insisted) Took Allie to the park and than played in the backyard. Beautiful day yesterday! Today I have an orientation at 3pm at the Texas Workforce to see what training I'm eligible for. They have a new program where you can be retrained and still draw your unemployment. I'm hoping they cover the medical coder program at the college. My benefits were extended for 20 more weeks. yea! My former co-worker in Houston is going thru their paralegal program. Well need to get ready. Allie is eating her cereal and watching her toons. Hope everyone has a wonderful day looks like it is going be a beautiful one!
Your loved!
