gotta post this as I HAVE  to have the accountability

yesterday was not bad at all esp since it was the teens bday

today I have a plan :)
protein skae
cheese n ham roll
bar/apple
cheese n ham roll
scrambled eggs n soup
cottage cheese w/ berrys or avacado n tuna
left overs
shake

having tim dig out my weights for me so I can try lifting at home this afternoon

what is your plan for today?


Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

Ok I'm jumping on again this morning.  Made a new committment to myself yesterday and I need to stay on top of it.  Over the last week I've over indulged in liquid calories way too much.  Between lattes from Starbucks and SF cappucino's from Racetrac and my SF cappucino's at home I've had way too many liquid meals in addition to my regular meals.  They don't fill me up and won't help with my long term goals.

So I'm going to stick to hot teas when I want something warm to drink and will up my water drinking to help out (I've been bad on that the last few days too).  I'm committing to doing that Mon-Fri this week and then will reset the goal again.  I'm also tracking in Fit Day yet again.  Even if it's not 100% accurate it will be 100% filled out.  I want to keep up the good habits I've spent 2 years developing.

Debbie were you ears burning this weekend?? Someone had mentioned how they wished you were there with us and that you have done a amazing job.. Congrats to you and I hope you get to come next time..

Awww thanks!!  Sure wish I could have come too, but I'll definitely make it a point to come next time (assuming we aren't in the middle of moving).  BTW- Your facebook photos look amazing!!
