Ok I'm jumping on again this morning. Made a new committment to myself yesterday and I need to stay on top of it. Over the last week I've over indulged in liquid calories way too much. Between lattes from Starbucks and SF cappucino's from Racetrac and my SF cappucino's at home I've had way too many liquid meals in addition to my regular meals. They don't fill me up and won't help with my long term goals.
So I'm going to stick to hot teas when I want something warm to drink and will up my water drinking to help out (I've been bad on that the last few days too). I'm committing to doing that Mon-Fri this week and then will reset the goal again. I'm also tracking in Fit Day yet again. Even if it's not 100% accurate it will be 100% filled out. I want to keep up the good habits I've spent 2 years developing.
