Nasty! Nasty! Weight Loss Plateaus

you sooooooooooooooooo don't need to get discouraged.... it comes in spurts... unfortunately the plateau diet is not for you right now as you should still be on soft stuff still.... you can do this... change things up daily (walk 15 min more or get extra protein or drink more water tomorrow.., etc) change is what you need to keep doing.   I was on a major stall and reduced things and increased others and weeeeeeeeeee here i go again lol

Just so you know......I did post that Plateau Busters diet for FUTURE reference for you....NOT for now.   You are too new post op.    You can't have most of the things on that list yet anyway.   Print it out and file it away for future use.   I did put in the original answer "for future use".   Good luck and like everyone says....this is just a little bump in the road.   You will do great !!!
