May Motivation Monday

How was your weekend?  Mine was okay on eating.  I did eat more yesterday evening after I had a chance to come home and sit down for a while.  My brain was saying..."eat this, then eat this...over and over"  I sure had the munchies!

Still down 5 lbs. for the month.  Gotta work on going down more or staying down the 5 lbs.  Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
chicken enchilada quiche for lunch
steak and something for dinner

What's your plan?

yesterday was not bad at all esp since it was the teens bday

today I have a plan :)
protein skae
cheese n ham roll
bar/apple
cheese n ham roll
scrambled eggs n soup
cottage cheese w/ berrys or avacado n tuna
left overs
shake

having tim dig out my weights for me so I can try lifting at home this afternoon
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I'm a couple of lbs over goal. Weighed in at 153 today. But I haven't pooped in 4 days (TMI) so will probably go back down after that. lol Saturday I forgot to eat until around 4pm. than all I wanted was carbs. Yesterday did not do too bad had the Monterey chicken at Chile's for lunch and finished it off for dinner. Still eating too many chips etc. Going to try this week to drink a protein drink everyday and cut down on the carbs. Good news is that I feel restriction again.

Today's plan:

Log food on to Daily plate

Breakfast-protein drink

Lunch-going out with Rick, will focus on salad and protein

Dinner-Roast beef, green beans 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes

Snack-100 calorie popcorn

Good Morning Karla and TMB!

I am proud to say that I did exceptionally well for all last week including the weekend.  I am down for a total of 12 pounds for the month.  Now, let's just pray I can continue to have the will power over the bad carbs.

You would think that being at the conference would motivate me to be good all weekend-NOPE.  I just weighed and I'm up 4 lbs since Friday!!  OMG, all that fried seafood must of did me in cuz I didn't have a single alcoholic beverage so it can't be that.  Anyway, protein drink is defrosting for breakfast, dinner will be lean roast beef, not sure about lunch but will REALLY try to be good.  I am now at the very TOP of my 5 lb range and that just won't do.
