May Motivation Monday
Still down 5 lbs. for the month. Gotta work on going down more or staying down the 5 lbs. Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
chicken enchilada quiche for lunch
steak and something for dinner

having tim dig out my weights for me so I can try lifting at home this afternoon
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
I'm a couple of lbs over goal. Weighed in at 153 today. But I haven't pooped in 4 days (TMI) so will probably go back down after that. lol Saturday I forgot to eat until around 4pm. than all I wanted was carbs. Yesterday did not do too bad had the Monterey chicken at Chile's for lunch and finished it off for dinner. Still eating too many chips etc. Going to try this week to drink a protein drink everyday and cut down on the carbs. Good news is that I feel restriction again.
Today's plan:
Log food on to Daily plate
Breakfast-protein drink
Lunch-going out with Rick, will focus on salad and protein
Dinner-Roast beef, green beans 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes
Snack-100 calorie popcorn
I am proud to say that I did exceptionally well for all last week including the weekend. I am down for a total of 12 pounds for the month. Now, let's just pray I can continue to have the will power over the bad carbs.
