May Motivation Wednesday

Yesterday was an okay day.  I didn't get my exercise in, but will be up and down and exercising at prom decorating for several hours after school. 

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
2 protein drinks (did get in 3 yesterday)
2 tamales w/ chili and cheese at lunch
fast food for dinner - will be decorating at school

How are you doing?

I think we had a great response yesterday.  Glad all of you posted!

Yesterday was a great day eventhough I didn't et in any exercise at all..

Plan for today:
64+ ounces of liquid have already had 16 this morning so far
2 protein drinks (mid-morning and mid evening)
2 bacon slices and 1 egg- breakfast
1 piece of baked chicken and 3 oz of pinto beans- lunch
1 piece of baked chicken and 3 oz of pinto beans- dinner
30 minutes of exercise after work

Another pretty good day for me.  The scale has been in a ONE POUND range so far this month so I guess my maintanence has been going well.

B: protein drink

L: 4 inch sub sandwich (ham/cheese)

D: hamburger/shell macaroni goulash

S: small piece of birthday cake.

Coasting along and maintaining just fine! Getting water, vits and protein all in. Still working on doingt the excercise thing! Maybe doggie walks are in order since I am staying at mom's till Sat!

Yesterday was pretty good, today has started off aweful.  I'm thinking lunch isn't even in the cards today because I feel B-A-D.  Chocolate donuts are the devil, barf.

I'm going to do the 5DPT starting Monday.  I just can't seem to make it long without a major slip up on carbs and I seriously believe the only way for me to regroup is to totally get carbs out of my system.  I don't know why I can't stay on the lean meats green leafy veggies that got me to goal in a short period of time for just a week or two and then slowly add other good foods in.  I just make excuses to much I guess.

Scale isn't moving up or down so I guess I can count that is a plus.....even if I'm over goal.
