pureed food and protein shake recipes please

Hi ya'all!  I am almost to my official Phase II point in my recovery and I am looking for recipes or favorites all of you could "pouch" during this phase.

I have checked out worldaccordingtoeggface.com... Love those.

Just want a few others.

I really appreciate everyone's input!

If anyone comes up with that pdf, I wouldn't mind a copy of it too. :)  I like the fat flush shake, although it's been changed up a little...abou 6 ounces light cran apple juice, 5-6 frozen strawberries (no sugar added), 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 packet Stevia, 1 tsp flaxseed oil.  Put all in the blender and blend until smoothie consistency......I love these for breakfast, and I have used frozen blackberries or blueberries too.
