Need houston Area Post RNY dr
I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions from other TMBers, but I'm curious as to why you're not doing your follow up with your own surgeon. Isn't Dr. W. still in Houston? Did he retire?
Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
Brenda, hopefully one of the ladies from the Katy area will respond. If at all find an internist, they seem to be more knowledgeable or at least more willing to learn.
How have you been? It's been a while since I've seen you on the boards.

Thanks, ladies for reminding me I have been meaning to make an appt with Dr. Weinstein for a well-visit checkup and to become a patient of his if I need a PCP. I haven't been to a PCP in years and just used my OB-GYN for everything. He wrote my referral for WLS but doesn't have a clue about our special needs.
I'll use Dr. Garth for my labs and annual follow-ups and such, but I wanted a PCP who is familiar with our plumbing for routine stuff.
