May Motivation Tuesday

This is a repeat from Monday - nothing new, nothing changed - additional stress and too much going on today and tomorrow.  Come on GALVESTON take me away!!

*Starting weight 164.4.  Goal for May will be to reach my surgeon's goal of 160.  Ten months out and be at goal?  HECK YEAH!!  Scale is at 166.2 this morning - after the week I had last week, I'm not the least bit surprised.  Grab 'n Go is not the ideal way to lose weight.

*Exercise minimum of 3 times per week.  Walking, recorded program ..... just something that has me moving.  No formal exercise last week at all.

*Stick with getting 64-80 ozs of water EVERY day.  So-So here

*Post on this topic each day to keep myself in check.  (Exemption 5/15-5/17 due to RYD Obesity Conference in Galveston)  I think I've missed a few days over the last week between babies being born and going to funerals.

*And the
BIGGIE - quit smoking.  Well, yeah this one is still a work in progress.
