May Motivation Tuesday
Eating was fine yesterday...not much food access being gone so long.
I'm still; down about 3 lbs. from beginning of month, so that's good.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
2 protein drinks
Bean/ham soup for lunch and 70 cal. rice pudding if I want
unsure for dinner

no sweet treats yesterday at all
great work out!!! upped some of my upper body weights - it is fun to watch myself in the mirror while I lift now LOL
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
1. Workout 5x/week unless I start losing too much weight again. Then I'll have to adjust to keep the weight in check.
2. Wednesday, 4/22 I could barely eke out 100 crunches with 40 lbs. on my shoulders. 5/1, I did 220. By the end of the month, I'd like to be at 700. And hopefully, I'll have awesome little contours to show for it.
3. Do something that brings me joy each day.
Yesterday was good. I did a one hour group fitness class, so lots of calorie burn. Today is a weights and abs day.
So far, I'm maintaining my weight, but my body is changing quite a bit. I should have done measurements before embarking on this as my clothes are fitting very differently. I guess that should bring me joy, but I'm still really struggling with that aspect of life.
253 / 140 (below goal)
If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?
I would like to find the motivation to get the carbs out of my diet, exercise more, drink more water and be consistent about everything that I know I need to do for myself.
Today I have had a bacon, egg and cheese taco on corn tortilla and a 16 oz cup of coffee w cream and sweet and low.
Who knows what the rest of the day holds.
I am back up to 196, was at 188. UGH!
I have not checked in for some time now. I got back into the swing of things on yesterday. I am low carbing right now to get an initial weight loss and I will be beginning my calorie in-calorie out routine starting next week. My plan for today:
B-strawberries
L-eggs
D-salad
As far as motivation, I am determined to be back in onederland very soon.

Hey Lady, I did great yesterday. I guess I have to be good so if I stray over the weekend it won't hurt too bad.
B: 1/3 ham and cheese omelet
L: 1/2 ham, cheese sub
D: 3 oz rib eyes steak, one ear of corn.
Weight is stable, smack in the middle of my 5lb range.
