Que hit the Nail on the Head about John

 Yes Que got it right. Thanks Que, I have not seen a computer in DAYS. The Docs came to Johns room Friday after he had been on 4 TB meds that made him sick, in isolation and (he would not admit) but confused. The Docs said " YOU DO NOT HAVE TB, SO YOU CAN GO HOME". When John asked then what did you see on my lungs and why can I still not breath, They replied " WE DO NOT KNOW,  BUT SINCE IT IS NOT TB, WE ARE SENDING YOU HOME, YOU HAVE AN APPT IN JUNE, SEE YOU THEN" Then after waiting 4hrs in a discharge room, he came home.
 I want to thank EVERYONE for your prayers, texts and responses. I PROMISE as soon as I know something I will let you KNOW.

PS: There is a nerve called the PHRENIC nerve. It controls your diaphram. If is gets nicked, or injured, Like John has been known to fall off a ladder. It will not let you take a deep breath. Well John has felt like he is breathing through a straw for a yr now, since gallbladder surgery, but it has not affected his gas exchange, co2, oxygen or anything, so  I am wondering ??????????
Anyway he asked the Dr and he said ask at his next appt.

Thank God John didn't have TB but I know you are going crazy not knowing what is going on with John.    Prayers still being said for him.    Could it be possible for him to see a lung specialist or has he done that already Sherry???     Hope that John gets to feeling better really soon.    June isn't that far off but when you have problems breathing it could feel like a lifetime away !!!!!   Praying for you too Sherry....we ALL know how husbands can be when they feel bad.

I feel for John taking those TB meds.  I was exposed to TB when I taught in DISD.  They had me take them as a precautionary thing.  I stayed sick at my stomach the whole time I took them.  I had to have chest xrays every year fo 5 years and luckily nothing ever came of it.  But I will never forget how sick I was when I was on those meds.  I hate that they aren't finding out what is wrong with him.  Can you get him a second opinion or find another specialist?   I hate when doctors just blow you off.
