I am up 2 pounds this week.  I have just been eating way too much lately and not exercising enough to balance it all out.  My goal this week is to get in even more liquids and to watch my carb intake.  I am also going to see if I can't find something that will help me get regular again.  The meds the doctor gave me don't seem to work like they were.  I think if I was regular again that the 2 pounds would come off.

I know I saw my weight drop at least 2 pounds in one week when I finally got "emptied out".  I struggle with it, too.
