May Motivation Monday
We have to be accountable EVERYDAY, good or bad!
For a special day, I did fairly well...did have some dessert, but made me dump...my hair was dripping w/ sweat. We had ribs and brisket, spinach salad, mashed potatoes and corn casserole. For dinner I had some steak and a baked potato.
Today's plan:
Already exercised 30 minutes and took vits/supplements
lots of liquids
2 protein drinks
chicken and rice leftovers for lunch
ribs for dinner w/ something as a side dish.
What's your Plan?

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
May Goals:
1. Workout 5x/week unless I start losing too much weight again. Then I'll have to adjust to keep the weight in check.
2. Wednesday, 4/22 I could barely eke out 100 crunches with 40 lbs. on my shoulders. 5/1, I did 220. By the end of the month, I'd like to be at 700. And hopefully, I'll have awesome little contours to show for it.
3. Do something that brings me joy each day.
Today, I've got a 12:15pm group fitness class. I have no idea what I will do that is joyful.
253 / 140 (below goal)
If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?

When I was born, I cried and the world rejoiced. Now i wanna live my life so that when I die, the world cries and I rejoice
that's why we have to get to Shiner, drop off Madeline and get in the car and head to Yo *** quick, so we can get there and get food before they close at like 8pm.
I remember we went to the Dairy Queen one time at 8:25pm. It was on our way home from a visitation for my grandmother and we needed food. They were locking the doors even though the sign said Close at 9pm. When we said, 'hey we need food. Why are you closing." .. the manager boy said, "but Maam, it's a SCHOOL night!".. lol

I'm here! Haven't been tracking this weekend, but put everything in FitDay again today. Planning on hitting the gym today and at least 2 more days this week. I need to set aside some time to do some structured goal planning. I'm past some of the craziness and need to refocus.
Here's what I've got planned food wise today:
Protein Shake w/ strawberries
1/2 ham/cheese/mushroom omelet
1/2 avocado
1 or 2 SF oatmeal packets
Ginger Tilapia
Grapes
Maybe a small salad from the cafeteria depending on hunger
Cottage cheese w/ ham & olives
RF cheese stick
1 oz turkey lunchmeat
2 savory muffins
Pretty sure I'm making Cheesy Jambalaya with sausage tonight for dinner.

*Exercise minimum of 3 times per week. Walking, recorded program ..... just something that has me moving. No formal exercise last week at all.
*Stick with getting 64-80 ozs of water EVERY day. So-So here
*Post on this topic each day to keep myself in check. (Exemption 5/15-5/17 due to RYD Obesity Conference in Galveston) I think I've missed a few days over the last week between babies being born and going to funerals.
*And the BIGGIE - quit smoking. Well, yeah this one is still a work in progress.
