I'm really tired this morning, didn't get to bed til after 11 and up at 4 with a couple of wakeups during the night. Conner's off to his field trip already, long day for him then a game this afternoon. Cutter has a game too, so I'm have to depend on my neighbor for help (her son is on the same team as Conner). Blane's working so I'm doing the single mom thing.

but I do have foods planned for today
super shake
grilled meat and cheese sandwhich-need to add veggies
bar
out ot lunch with teen
apple and cheese
pizza (have one tiney piece and then meat/veggies)
cottage cheese and fruit
super shake if I am up late to kill the late night munchies
did not get enough water in yesterday - I am working on that already today
oh and my modivation is that I swelled up 3 pounds in the car going to ft hood on wed eating crap food - so I have to get hat off PLUS my 5 pounds for may and it is the 8th !!!
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
Weight hasn't changed and that's what maintanence is all about so I guess I'm doing OK. Yesterday had too many carbs but the quantity of food was good. Protein drink for breakfast, 1/2 ham/turkey/cheese sub for lunch and 1/2 burger and 10 fries for dinner. Snack was 1 cup fresh strawberries.
I'm not sure what today will bring. I just made 2 protein drinks and put them in the freezer. DD wants to take me to "her" restaurant for dinner. It's very upscale and VERY expensive, so I'm not sure what I'd order. I know they have a "fried shrimp" appetizer, not a great choice but I don't do "foo-foo" food. Heck I don't even know what half the ingredients are. Oh well, it's part of my "Mother's Day" gift so who cn complain.
I'm sorry I've been missing in action but on work days, I just can't make it online (but I do THINK about you guys everyday, hope that counts).

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
1. Workout 5x/week unless I start losing too much weight again. Then I'll have to adjust to keep the weight in check.
2. Wednesday, 4/22 I could barely eke out 100 crunches with 40 lbs. on my shoulders. 5/1, I did 220. By the end of the month, I'd like to be at 700. And hopefully, I'll have awesome little contours to show for it.
3. Do something that brings me joy each day.
Sorry I've been absentee again. Wednesday morning there was a gas line explosion less than .5 of a mile from our house so we were without power for 6 hours and phone and internet for nearly a full day. I spent yesterday getting caught up and interviewing, so here I am.
I missed the gym yesterday. There was just too many other things going on. I'm dressed and ready to go at 11. 300 crunches is my goal for the day. Still working on the joy thing...maybe I'm just not a very happy person...
253 / 140 (below goal)
If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?
