Hard to believe we're already a week into May already!

Here's what I ate yesterday...not my best, but not my worst:
2 protein drinks
120 oz. liquids
breakfast taco
few nacho cheese chips and 4" sub sandwich w/ 1/2 the bread and small piece of cake for lunch
chicken and rice for dinner
Skinny cow ice cream bar
popcorn

Today's plan:
2 protein drinks
lots of liquids
breakfast taco
unsure...PTO providing lunch today
leftover chicken n rice for dinner

Good Morning Karla, here is yesterdays eats.  I'm so happy that I'm doing this!  I feel so much better already, not feeling the carb coma nor am I so bloated.  Today I suspect will be similiar although I do plan on eating some popcorn at the baseball game today.

first we are not discussing what all I ate yesterday b/c it was BAD for me - some of it bad quality mostly just too much with no control

today the biotch in the box tells me I am up 3 pounds - hah! I will drink water all day and fix her

plan for today
cottage cheese, apple sauce and nutmeg toast
1/2 super shake
brocolii beef
chicken salad with veggies
apple and cheese or bar
grilled meat with ww pasta n veggies
1/2 super shake
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

Talk about BIOTCH in a BOX… hate hate hate her.   Course I am not putting good effort into how I am eating. I am not eating junk at all, just not focusing on what my body needs. Course it’s the same thing every day. Had the same dinner for 4 nights in a row. I have come to love spaghetti sauce and it isn’t bad for me. No noodles cuz they are NOT good for me at all, even the fiber stuff. But my mouth gets ‘tomato blisters and is telling me enough! Lol   I hope I can get a grip this weekend, course the next weekend will be crazy. I will get it figured out.   Scale showed 155. DAMNIT

Too many carbs yesterday. Dad went and got us chicken and dumplings. He also keeps Ritz crackers (crack to me) Scale is up 4lbs since I've been here which is pretty normal for me while I'm visiting the folks. Mom wants hamburger patty and veggies for lunch so today might be better at lunch. Not going to go buy anymore Chick-O-Sticks lol

*Starting weight 164.4.  Goal for May will be to reach my surgeon's goal of 160.  Ten months out and be at goal?  HECK YEAH!!  Recovered from bounce and back at 164.4 this morning.

*Exercise minimum of 3 times per week.  Walking, recorded program ..... just something that has me moving.  Pfftt...hadn't happened.

*Stick with getting 64-80 ozs of water EVERY day. Doing OK on this front

*Post on this topic each day to keep myself in check.  (Exemption 5/15-5/17 due to RYD Obesity Conference in Galveston) Success

*And the

Goal:  < 160

Weighed 161.6 this morning, so about the same.  Had several glasses of sangria last night - yuummm...... but not good for losing weight.

Heading to the gym tonight after eating at the Chinese joint nearby.  This one doesn't have a buffet which is why we like it.

Lunch was a box lunch at a local school where I was judging a science far.  I gave the cookie away to my neighbor, ate the chicken salad out of the sandwich and left all the bread and had about 1/2 bag (lunch size) of potato chips.  Folded the bag up and threw the rest away.  No WAY could I have left half a bag of chips and thrown it away before surgery LOL.

BOTH!  I only have a room for Sat night, but I will be at the conference and dinner.  I have Friday off so I told Sean I would come down early and help set up the tables for the clothing exchange.
