Glad to see you back today Ramon !!!! Grateful today for a good Support Group last night at my surgeon's office, grateful for health, family, friends, my furbabies, love and support that I receive on a daily basis. Grateful for a chance to live my life as a smaller healthier person. Gratefull for all the friends that I have made on OH and for OH itself and all the world of knowledge available on here for us to take if we want it.
