Thursday WLS express
Morning everyone! Ugh...woke up with a headache--not too bad & the tylenol I just took should take care of it. Feel like I've been run over even though I slept well. I hate that...
Anyway...can't believe how hot & humid it has been the last couple of days! All of a sudden we have summer. lol I'm just not ready for the air conditioner to be running because of the electric bill but, of course, it has been.
Okay I can't focus. I'm only on my 1st cup of coffee. There's really nothing new in my world right now which is why I haven't been posting much. Things are really GREAT for a change!!
Praying for John & Sherry...prayers for everyone else.
Hugs & Love,
Jeri
I've got tomatoes everywhere in my garden. Both in the one on the ground and the hanging one on the front porch! I'm so excited! My gourds haven't come up yet, but two days isn't time for them to germinate! Go figure! And I think I got the worms that were eating my cauliflower and collard greens. They have new growth on them and are looking better! Whew! All this rain has been great because it's saving me on the water bill! But you know the long hard summer is approaching!
Well, better get into the shower so I can wake up! I've got to get to work! Remember your vitamins, drink plenty of fluids, and protein first!! Love ya!

Well I got my labs back yesterday and overall it's ok. The lab ran the wrong D so I'm calling today to see what happened and tell them I need a re-draw. All my Bs, A, E, calciuim, etc. look good, iron is NOT looking good (not surprised it's down though). Technically I'm not "anemic" just close but I honestly believe allot of my exhaustion is due to iron. I've always had a high iron count, even while pregnant. My OB/GYNs both said they had never seen someone pregnant with such a high iron count. So I'm going to play with my iron intake and GET IT IN FAITHFULLY and hope I see some improvement in the next few months. Also say my potassium drop to at the lowest lab level and this is taking a daily potassium everyday to. Potassium is one thing I've dealt with since surgery.
Ok better get moving, geez time flies in the morning. I'll check in later and post to the May Motivation thread, I'm pretty happy amount being "back on track".
Love y'all,

Good morning. These weeks are flying by. Only 19 more days of school left including finals after today. Yeah! Lots of paperwork to still wade through at school. At least I'm making slow progress. I have to come home and make a grocery list today for mothers day cooking and sew some things for prom that I didn't get around to yesterday.
Prayers for all the non-sleepers: Liz, Alissa, etc., and all who need healing: Lynnette's mom and Annette's mom, Mark, and all others.
Have a great Thursday!
