Yes, you need to do what us noobs are doing - protein first, don't drink with your meals, limit your carbs, get some exercise. I know easier said than done, but those are the basics.

now, dont do it expecting to loose 15lbs, but it does help to kinda 'reset' everything. Nurse Gina used it to get her restarted and lost her 60lb regain and is still going!
