May Motivation Wednesday

My eating was fine yesterday.  I did have a few mini candy bars in a gift bag from our JROTC...have to support military you know!  I ate part of my cheesecake at dinner last night, but concentrated on chicken breast.

Plan for today:  lots of liquids, 2 protein drinks, chicken for dinner in crockpot, unsure of lunch because school is providing it today.

Hi Karla, I did pretty good yesterday stayed within my goals although carbs are a little high due to coffee creamer but I'm not giving that one up, sorry I need my coffee :).  I'm going to try to make today similar.  I posted on the train about the accountability keeping my hands off the Reese's.  Yes, twice I opened my coworkers candy jar and twice I closed it because I didn't want to admit to y'all I ate them.  That in itself is a major milestone because I've been somewhat sneaky with my sweets.

Cutter has baseball practice yesterday.  I didn't do much walking but about 15 minutes to the end I decided hey way not move a little instead of sitting on the bleachers.  Friday he practices again so I'll walk the sidewalks for 20-30 while we are there.  Today I'll try to walk around our subdivision a little.

I ordered The Beck Diet Plan and workbook yesterday and also The Shack because everyone keeps raving about it.  I've been waiting for my coworker to bring it to read and she hasn't so I decided to add it to my Amazon order.

Ok here is my food intake for yesterday.  I drank about 62 oz of water also, huge improvement to my day which helped I know with no grazing.

My scale is up .2 this morning - was it the sweet tea? the 3 chocolate chip cookies? shorted myself on liquids?  Who knows, but one thing's for sure, I can't blame it on anyone / anything but me.

Exercise - walked around some, but wouldn't consider it relevant exercise

Water - Probably got 40-50 ozs yesterday

Good morning everyone~

Yesterday wasn't a bad day.  I didn't get all my water in but did get vitamins, protein and ate well.

But the best part was I went clothes shopping AGAIN.........because I am officially in a size 12 pants, medium tops or dresses (misses) or large (juniors).  OMG.........I am so excited!!

I was down 0.4 this morning to 161.2.  Made it to the gym last night for the first time in several weeks - WOO HOO!!!  Now, hopefully I can make it a habit again.  Started jogging on the treadmill again and jogged 5 minutes/walked 5 minutes for a warm-up before I hit the weight machines.  Felt great.

Working it!  Those are my words.  I am checking in because I want to remind myself to stay accountable.  Still not doing the water well but have almost finished 32 oz and plan on going for a run.  Kitchen is mostly clean so getting ready to get it organized.  I went and put to applications in at two different places this week and my have a possible job soon.  I also went to the JR college in Athens and picked up some info.  I need to schedule a counsling appt at UTA.  I think I will do that today.  Still a work in progress but definitely progress!
Did  power sculpt workout this morning and am about to go run 6.2 miles.  Official weight is 151.  Once I get to 147 I am going to have my body fat analysis done again.  I have a plan an am trying to stick with it.  Lets keep it up!
