This is a reminder that Lose It 4 Life support group meets this coming sunday from 3:30 - 4:30 at Starbucks....1324 W. Pipeline Rd. in Hurst, Texas. Our topic this month is protein and it's importance. I am making several different protein shakes for everyone to try. Hope to see you there. Everyone is invited to attend whether pre op or post op and whatever surgery.
