RYD - May 15th weekend...

ok talked to Dr.L and Miranda and the hotel and May 15th is the best day to have the conference and after reading everyones post Memorial day is out...

I know we can not accomodate everyone but we are trying our best to get a good date...

Dana LA invasion is in June so please start planning now....


meeting with Dr. L and Miranda this week to sign contract and get details...

i know of course Yvonne, Ramon, Sean, Tawyna (work out), Lynette, Paul and a few other will speak i know alot of you have voiced your concern about hearing from people who are at least 4 years or further out and maintaining their weight....and from Lynetter on giving a class on dressing and shopping wisely during your weight loss... of course there will be more speakers doctors, plastic suregons, nutrionist, and believe me we will have so many samples and vendors...

so mark your calendar for MAY 15th weekend...same format...meet and greet.... conference...work with Ms. Charlene on dinner Sat..... someone else for going out if you guys want....or hang out in the pool or hot tub since it is indoor....Sunday 1/2 a day for a few thoughts and closing and pics...

please work with us if you know any vendors that would like to participate have them get in touch with me or yvonne....

cant wait for our annual conference....

The last RYD was before my time here on OH - what hotel is the event held at?

Also, is there any plans to have someone speak about the VSG since it is becoming more popular these days?  I know besides myself there are a number of Texans that frequent the VSG Message Board.

JODIE-I can help DEBRA answer part of your question-it was/is the Crowne Plaza Hotel...off Contintental (?) in Dallas--one exit from Mockingbird...near Love Field in Dallas...across the highway from the adult swingers club where the bus goes and gets you and brings you in to "secretly" party and people like me and GAYE watch you from our 11th floor hotel window, cuz we're country bumpkins who don't get to see that sort of "action" out where we live...

 Now wait, Gina ..  how do you know about the Sans Soucci?

well, PAUL, at least I didn't know the NAME of it..lol...one of the workers at the Crowne Plaza told us what it was...I think he thought we were were sweet lil country ladies and wanted to protect us...Between the busses across the street and the promsters getting arrested in the parking lot, it was quite entertaining for us bumpkins.

btw--how did YOU know the NAME of the place?????? Hmmmmm.....
