Kim I know this is a confusing time as with all the years we tried to lose weight and now to have to GAIN weight?? I could give ya some of mine?? All kidding aside though I hope for your sake the doctors can get this under control with diet and medication so you do not have to go through another surgical procedure. I will say a prayer for you! Kim, I didn't ge to go to Arlington so we haven't met. But I feel like I know you through your posts. I will keep you in my prayers as you struggle with getting your protein leveled out. BTW I hope that you haven't already mixed your shake for tomorrow. It is my understanding that they don't have any value after about 30 minutes. We don't want you forcing down one if it's not going to be of benefit to you. Also, if you find that paragraph that you are going to send Jackie, would you mind posting it for all of us. Kim My friend had a similiar problem of losing too much weight. I will email her and have her read your post, maybe she can contact you and give you the support you need. I don't know if you met her in Arlington or not. Her name is Erika and I believe her profile is under Miss E, if you want to try and email her yourself.
