Have you ever thought about????

I've lost as much as my oldest son weighs, so I imagine carrying him around on my back 24/7!!! Lisa G

Adasha, good way to think about it but I actually use my son. He weighs appx. 36 lbs, that means I have lose 4 1/2 children. I can't imagine pickup up 4 kids at the same time, let alone walking around like that all the time. Thanks for making me think about this again jan P -163 (4 lbs from dr's goal, 18 from my goal)

Think about this. Meat is much denser that fat. So, volume wise, you lost even more than you saw sitting in the freezer. Try cans of crysco next time!
