Topic: i believe i'm going to do gastric sleeve surgey
i'm a heart patient and got a pacmaker i went to my pacmaker doctor yesterday down at vanderbilt gave him a note front and back gave him reason's why i want sleeve surgey and he said no problem with pacmaker
today i found out that medical center does in fact does tenncare so next month i'm going to go to a seminar i can go on a tuesday or friday there's 2 separate dates i think i will go to one on a friday

Location: Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity, Tace building classroom at 2200 Murphy Avenue
This group is facilitated by Dr. Janice Livengood. Tonight's topic will be Holiday Eating - Part II. Each attendee will leave with a personal plan. This is different from the personal plan devised in November at Holiday Eating - Part I, so the ones who attended the November meeting will also want to attend tonight. If you missed November's group, then make sure to attend tonight!
