PLEASE! I need your help!

I am going back to Dr. Barbara Hanning on Monday 8,2006 at 3:30p.m. I went last monday but my packet did not get there so I had to come back again
. We talked last Monday about my gastric bypass surgery and stuff for 1 1/2 hours. I thought it went well we both came out smiling and good vibes..
And now I hope all I got to do now is take the test for the surgery. She told me there is a writen test for this surgery. I call everyone at my insurance and those connected to the insurance and all they said was: All I needed was to have her send them the bill and they would pay for it. Then when I call her, she told me that there's a writen packet I must do. I told her that my insurance said all I had to have from her, was a hand writen letter stating that I was mentaly able to have this sursery.
And than she said,she could not fully know the person in 15minutes. It was 1 1/2 hours I know this because I wore a watch, 
I looked at it when I was brought into her office and after I left her office. She said that if the test packet does not show up she might have to see me a third time too. Here is what I want to know Is this a good thing? Is there anything I need to know about the writen test packet.
Please, email me and tell me everything. Should I be worried? I do not want another nut trying to make my insurance company pay for them. PLeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Tina, breath, your mind is running in several different directions at the moment. Relax, and just answer the questions to the best of your abiity. Just do your best, that is all that is expected of you. As for your letter, I will answer it back in a little while. Belly needs fuel. Don't get so stressed out about it, it will show in your answers. Take one of your muscle relaxers to help you relax.
