Surgery Update

I am home now and doing well. My surgery was April 17th at 2:00 P.M. I didn't get out of Recovery until around 10:30 P.M.. I'm trying to follow the doctor's orders. I did so well they let me leave the hospital on the 19th since we were staying in Nashville. I went back to the Doctor on April 27 and got my 18 staples removed. We came home last Friday evening. I had to see my Primary Care Physician for blood work on Monday. The doctors are very pleased with my progress. As of today I am off all MEDICATIONS. No Diabetes No High Blood Pressure No Cholesterol No Asthma They actually picked up my by-pap machine for sleep apnea yesterday! I am doing well and so thankful. Praise the Lord for his healing power. Thank you for all of your prayers and support.

Hi Suzzie, that's wonderful that everything went well. I wish I could say the samething about being off all medications. I ended up on more, but having Leukemia tends to make you have to take more. If they stay down fine, if not oh well. You must keep us posted on your progress. Thank God for the answered prayers. Kathy
