Meds adjusted

I saw my PCP for the second time since surgery. I saw him at 2 weeks post op and I am now 11 1/2 weeks post op. I left the hospital off of all diabetes medication. Went from 3 oral meds to zero for diabetes. He had been talking about switching me to injectible meds but was willing to wait and see what the surgery did. Today he cut my cholesterol medication in half. Last visit lab results showed my LDL at 59, HDL at 38. I'm looking forward to the day when he tells me I don't need the Lovastatin at all. He was also very impressed with my weight loss. He asked me what I'm doing for clothes. I told him I'm shopping the back of my closet.
