For Pre-ops
Come on Pre-ops I know you have things that hinder you from being active. Remember I was there once too.
1. barely stand shopping
2. not being able to get up and down
3, clothes not fitting properly
4. not being about to fasten a seat belt
5. stressed out, junk food lover
6. lonely

Ok Miss Kathy, Here is mine. I am sure I could find more, but done this on the quick. By the way, these are NOT in order of importance.
1.Fasten my car seatbelt w/out an ext.
2.Fly on a plane w/out an ext.
3.Go on a cruise. There is a lot of walking on cruises.
4.Walk in general w/out hurting.
5.WEAR MY JEANS!!! (I miss them)
6.Feel GOOD about myself.
7.Ride an amusement park ride.
8.Ride a bike w/ my Granddaughter. First thing she ask when I told her I was having the surgery next Thurs.
9.Shake these blues. I do try to stay upbeat, but it's hard sometimes.
10.Go back to work!!!!!

Good morning Kathy HUGS!!! Ok here are some of mine 1 :take less BP meds 2:have better circulation hands go to sleep a night 3:exercise without pain 4:walk around freely 5:have more energy 6:play with my grandchildren 7:fit better in chairs with sides 7:feel more confident at social gatherings 8:climb up flights of stairs 9: wear better fitting clothes 10:sleep better at night11: garden again lots of bending down 12: feel better about myself instead of feel bad about myself because i dont look "thin" its is always there in the mirror! Arianna PS i just got the call for my consultation but cant go till oct 9 because my surgeon is so booked up but he has accepted me!!!
