thanks KATHY- I am 3,5 weeks post op......... nearly 30 lbs lighter...I feel great!! Still struggling with gettingmy protien and water in........... though I try deligently......I do NOT like the powder proteins--YUCK.............! Anyway--- I feel great......!!
