Well I have a surgeon .. Dr Dyer and I got a cal from Centennial and was told they have everything they need . I have my pre surg phyc eval date and need to atend 2 meetings before Aug I am set to go !!! I don't have off aproval from insurance yet but have been told it will be no problem @@
