Lucky charms

So, I call BCBS today and get Allan. I want you to know that Allan is the very first man I've spoken with in my calls to the insurance company. Here's our conversation... Me: Wow Allan! You're the first man I've spoken with. Allan: There aren't very many of us here... Me: Well, maybe you can be my lucky charm today. Allan: We'll see, may I put you on hold? Hold music...hold music... Allan: Marianne, thank you for holding. I show you were approved today. YES!!! I'm approved!! Paperwork scanned in by them last Friday and four business days later I'm approved. HOORAY!!! I'm shocked, happy, excited, scared, nervous and tickled all at the same time. All the paperwork, writing and waiting has paid off finally. I'm over the moon. Marianne
