I just finished a little morning snack, Revival Baked Soy Protein Chips - Oh My! Apple Pie! flavored. Let me just say YUM!!! They were crunchy and delish. Really satisfied that desire for something crunchy that I've had for the past couple of weeks. 110 calories 3 grams fat 13 grams carbohydrate 7 grams Protein

Thanks for sharing. I like the quaker soy crisps, especailly the BBQ flavor...almost like BBQ potato chips! April

I haven't checked them out. How much protein do they have? Are they any lower in calories or carbs? I miss crunchy things. I'm having trouble being able to eat enough to get all of my protein and still have room for something to chew.

I ate them when I was doing my 6 mo. dr. supervised diet. for 18 crisps, you get: 110 calories 4 grams of fat 15 carbs - 2 fiber = 13 net carbs 6 protein I don't know if you'd be able to eat 18 crisps only to get only 6 grams of protein lol but its a good crunchy substitute

I may check these out too in case there's a time I need something else. I gave one of the chips to my boss who made a face like a 6 year old being made to eat spinach. I told him they don't taste bad, they taste like apples & cinnamon AND they have 7 grams of protein per serving. He responded "That's the problem, they're HEALTHY!" He did admit it tasted good "even if it was SOY." He can be such a dork sometimes.
