Has anyone heard from Kathy Newton?

I was wondering if anyone has heard from our friend Kathy? I have her number, but hate to call because she has been so sick I don't want to disturb her. If anyone know's, could you please post? Thank's. Sara.

nope- I say call her-- wasnt there a post that said to call her cell phone after 7PM?? if you dont wanna-- I dont mind calling.... Ill have to find her number again-- or maybe you can post/email it tome!

Thank you Sara. I am home, but still very sick. The potassium that my PCP and surgeon want me to take is not covered by Medicare D, nor is it is covered by the Va medical Center in Nashville. I received 2 pints of blood yesterday, and they sent me home today. I see my PCP on Monday but I know that by then my potassium will have dropped again. All they did was keep me on potassium IV plus potassium with saline, took blood tests every shift, but never did any further tests as to why I needed 2 pints of blood. I have made up my mind that if it comes to being in the hospital again because of my potassium, they can just hook me up at home. I'm tired of the aggrivation.
