Hi everyone! Please join us for a support group next week. Next Tuesday is 6-month post-op support group - our topic with be: "Long-term nutritional considerations and Maintaining Lost Weight". This group is for any bariatric patient (gastric bypass or lap band) who had surgery 6 or more months ago. Next Thursday is Lap Band support group. Since we have had guest speakers the last 2 months, there is no set topic. We will be set for "Open Discussion" so we can talk about whatever you want. Hope to see you there!
