Well.... I called Cigna this morning to see if they had recieved the fax. And they told me they recieved it yesterday, and it was scanned into there system today. I'm sooooo nervous, the women on the phone was nice but they always say, IF they have all the infomation they did to process. Like what is that supposed to mean, do they turn a lot of people down for not enough info. Anyway... since it was entered into the system today, how long should I wait until I check up on it??? She said that the average turn around time is 3-4 weeks, geez thats gonna feel like forever!!! Take Care and Thanks for Letting me Ramble on, Jacqueline

That's an excellent step in the right direction! Your post inspired me to call and check on mine...they don't show they have it yet. The Customer Service lady (Jamie this time) said it wasn't unusual and to try back on Monday. I guess until then.. You're rolling right along Jacqueline!

My physician had a reply from Cigna in less than a week--it was a denial, but it was a response. I had to go to the six month diet with a doctor, which I was expecting. I've always had good interactions when I talked to Cigna's customer service on the phone, so it can't hurt to call if you feeel like it.
