It looks like it may be part of Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance though.

Look on your insurance card and see if the website is www.bcbst.com. If it is, it's Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee

Its ibx.com independence blue choice..... I looked on here and couldn't find it....
