A small bit of good news

Hey Ya'll I just wanted to share my small bit of good news, I got an email from Beth this morning and my info was faxed to Cigna yesterday. I am quite happy that it finally went out!!! Now I have to sit and wait on Cigna, but they move fairly fast with other claims, so hopefully it won't be too much longer until I have an answer.!!!! Luv, Jacqueline

Hi Jaqueline, I, too, have just found out that all of my info was faxed in to my insurance co. (PHCS) yesterday. Yay! (Seems like even that process took forever ~ so many hoops to jump through!) Now the long wait to find out the answer But Dawn, the wonderful lady who handles insurance at my dr's. office said that I could call my insurance co. in a few days to see how things are progressing. I hope that you and I both get an answer in the affirmative soon! Regards, Melodie

Jacqueline, hooray for that small bit of news. You have made it this far, just one more thing getting approved and you're on your way to a newer you. I think that's wonderful considering what you had to go thru with the blood problem. You hang in there, and before you know it, your date will be set. God bless you, Kathy

YEAH!! I called today to check on my status. They don't show that they have anything yet but the nice lady I spoke with says, "If it was faxed to us on Monday, we probably won't see any activity on it until Thursday or Friday." She said to call back Friday and maybe she'd have good news. It was a surprise when I called this morning because I got the same lady I got last time. Susan at BCBS is a gem!! We're almost there!
