But I promise to do better! I made a new promise today to start updating and keeping in better touch. I have friends who are about to have surgery who swear that it helps them to be able to talk to me so I'll try harder. It's nice to be back here!

Hi Cindy, how are you doing? How much have you lost? I finally had my surgery in January. I've lost 52.5 lbs to date. I'm not having to get around with my power chair. Glad to see you back online. Later, Kathy

HI Kathy! So glad you had your surgery but it looks like you've still been having some problems. You will be in my thoughts and prayers that those improve. I have lost 140 pounds and I would like to lose 10-12 more but I am assured that when I have plastic surgery, that will be gone in a heartbeat. But, alas, plastics will have to wait until my husband graduates from college next year so he can be with me. But, I am happy, healthy and finallly well within the "normal" BMI range! Glad to hear from you!

I just stay positive and it's in God's hands. I find out tomorrow about my potassium level. I want to go to West Virginia on April 4 for a couple of weeks. Mom had a partial knee replacement and needs help. she gets out of rehab on the 30th, and will need help when she goes home. My sister has been helping her, but she has to go out of town on Friday, and will be gone for a week. I figure I can take my Gazelle with me to do my daily work out, and help as much as possible around the house. I saw my psych today, hadn't seen her since just prior to the surgery, so she was really amazed at how much I have lost, and how well I am looking. I love it from professionals, and eat it up. I am proud of your weight loss. I have 100 more to goal, but I want to have some reconstrutive surgery prior to that, as I know I will lose more weight having the recontrutive surgery. Especially the flabby stomach where there is no muscele control, the thighs, hips, arms, and breasts. I can't believe that I went from 51 chest to 46. Waist from 55 to 42, and hips from 57.5 to 50. I just wish they had measured my thighs. But the clothes are hanging on me. Not so much worried about the tops, it's the waist and hips that are shocking me. I haven't had a chance to go try on bras, or other clothes. I am waiting for the first of April when I get paid. Then when all the yard sales start up, I'll know what sizes to look for and know they will fit. I'm off to , I have physical therapy in the morning then my PCP after that. I need my beauty . Love Kathy
