Information sent to Insurance coordinator
I just called Vanderbilt to check up on the status of my paperwork. I was told that Jennifer sent it to the insurance coordinator Beth today, the 21st.
They gave me her direct number and said that it will take about 8-10 days for her to get the paperwork in order the way the insurance comapany needs it and send it to Aetna.
Is this really how long it will take? Sigh......I am so impatient. Anyone have any feedback on this?

Thats great. It took what seems like forever for my stuff to finally reach the insurance company and get approved. Just try to focus on something else for the next week or so (I know easier said than done) but it'll help time go by quicker. I know I came close to going batty, as pretty much everyone else, during all the waiting. Good luck!

Hey... I'm at about the same stage with Vandy as you are, I called today as well to check up on the status of my stuff, and she said it was in the "insurance box" and would be sent out to the insurance company first thing in the morning... I was happy about that until I read your post,lol. I didn't get a mention of Beth, or the 8-10 day est. Who knows what they are telling us on the darn phone huh!!?? I guess I will call at the end of the week to see what is happening. That would be my advice to you as well, I've read some other's post about Vandy, where they think something is done, and then way later they find out, there waiting on something, or are having some other strange issue. lol, at least the good part is we're sorta at the end of the road, although now the real nail bitting begins!!!
