I am about to be UPSET!!!

I am going to my appointment Wed. to have my info submitted for approval. I have called 3x's to make sure that all my stuff was there & guess what?? Not ONE retun phone call. Why can't they just look at my file? I know it's there because they looked at it some while I was on long distance today. You know, if I was on the other side of the phone knowing how long people have to wait anyway, I think I would at least TRY to accomadate them. Maybe I am just over reacting but I really need to know if my info is all there because if it isn't, I want to call & try to get it there before I get there. Please keep me in your Prayers. 2 all, Sara.

it's pretty hard to stay calm about all this, I know. It seems like you are the only one advocating for yourself sometimes doesn't it? Just hang in there! Rachael

Sara, remember to get upset, just keep calling them and remind them you need to know before your appointment if they have everything. I would say they do, if they have scheduled you for your consult. If not, they will let you know at your appointment what else they need. Been there done that. If I can make it, you can too. It's called grit. Just don't worry about it and get all stressed out. Call them again, if your appointment is tomorrow, you will know your answer one way or the other. Be tough, be strong, and be persistent. Kathy
